The exosome theory goes like this: as your cells are exposed to various environmental toxins and other assaults they react by bundling up genetic material into what is basically a tiny protein ball. These are called exosomes and as they are carried out of your body they serve a few different purposes.
One thing they do is communicate to other cells information about the toxin or whatever other stressors that are causing the release of the exosomes. This helps other cells to prepare for the incoming assault. The other thing the exosomes are doing is helping the cells rebuild and repair by removing problematic genetic material – sort of a cleansing process.
That’s the basic concept of exosomes but at its core, this is at the heart of even modern virology theory.
La teoría del exosoma es la siguiente: a medida que sus células están expuestas a diversas toxinas ambientales y otros ataques, reaccionan al agrupar material genético en lo que básicamente es una pequeña bola de proteínas. Estos se llaman exosomas y, a medida que se llevan a cabo fuera de su cuerpo, sirven para diferentes propósitos.
Una cosa que hacen es comunicar a otras células información sobre la toxina o cualquier otro factor estresante que esté causando la liberación de los exosomas. Esto ayuda a otras células a prepararse para el asalto entrante. La otra cosa que hacen los exosomas es ayudar a las células a reconstruirse y repararse mediante la eliminación de material genético problemático, una especie de proceso de limpieza.
Ese es el concepto básico de los exosomas, pero en su esencia, este es el corazón de la teoría moderna de la virología.
